With all my travels my schedule has been shot to hell. Routine was working really well for me, and I was able to fit in my usual workouts and some yoga during the week. As a result of my travels I am feeling out of sorts and am ready to get my schedule back on track. Below is a short piece about the benefits of yoga and meditation. I am ready to get those effects back in short order!

I am an Advanced Reiki Practitioner and owner of Waterstone Wellness in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am interested in all things spiritual, and am proud to say I am a graduate of 200 hour Yoga Teacher/Holistic Coach training program and completed Healing Touch Level I. I am a student of Shamanism and have attended several workshops. When I am not immersed in my spiritual journey, I spend time with my husband of 14 years exploring Cincinnati. I am an active member of the Cincinnati chapter of Girls Pint Out (GPO), where women (and men) get together to share their passion for craft beer, as well as volunteer at community events and perform charity work. I love to exercise, and go to the gym regularly or head outdoors to bike or walk and enjoy nature. I am an avid sports fan, especially the Cincinnati Reds and Green Bay Packers.
